Their food was OK not great but OK. The customer service was really bad though we had to wait a really long time for our food, and we watched them remake orders and serve people who ordered after us. The male manager was nice and checked on us 3 times but still failed to get our complete order out to us and when we finally did get our food it was incorrect it needed to be fixed. Although they remade the food, we did not receive the 3 blizzards we ordered. I asked the girl at the register to check on the blizzards and they were completely melted and she offered to remake them so I continued to wait more. Meanwhile, the male manager was talking with a female manager and they were not working, which I find to be very rude and inconsiderate. This kitchen had the most amount of workers I have seen and not be able to produce as they had to close down the dining room. Also, the girls working the drivethrough were making videos dancing on their phone, they had employees conversating, eating food and blizzards, and having a great time while customers in the drive thru and in the dining area needed to get served. I know my family were not the only ones effected by this behavior and i find it to be very unprofessional. The whole experience really ruined the time and it was a to go order that we ate theere whoile waiting, so it really messed up our plans. I wasn't expecting anything fancy but this was a way to...

I got a Chicken Strip Basket and a Blizzard. The chicken strips were crispy and the Blizzard was delicious.
Service Rating: 4 out of 5 stars
The service was friendly and efficient. My order came out quickly and everything was correct.
Atmosphere Rating: 1 out of 5 stars
The atmosphere was a little noisy and crowded. It's not a place to go if you're looking for a quiet meal.
Details of my experience:
I went to Dairy Queen with my friends after school. We ordered our food and sat down at a table. The food came out quickly and we all enjoyed it. The atmosphere was a little loud and crowded, but we didn't mind. We ended up spending about $20 per person.

Overall, I had a good experience at Dairy Queen. The food was good, the service was friendly, and the price was reasonable. However, the atmosphere was a little loud and crowded. I would recommend Dairy Queen to anyone who is looking for a quick and...
Read morePros: nice building and concept, and a more diverse menu than the other fast food places in the area; thus it is a good addition to Leominster. The onion rings are great, shakes and ice cream obviously great, and the burger was decent—not smushed down, pretty hefty with a pillowy bun.
Cons: service is very slow. Clearly it’s because they are understaffed. Now I don’t want to dock more than one star for this because, as we know, every business is understaffed right now. You can’t expect the manager to hire people when barely anyone applies and those who do apply flake out on the interview. Trust me, I work in a similar business. It’s been like this for two years now. So, yeah, our food sat out for a little bit and lost its hot freshness, but I could tell it was good food. If only it were served hot.
Overall, DQ is still a classic. And if you don’t love the food, well, at least you don’t have to travel to west Fitchburg to...
