Do not go here looking for anything you want.

I made an appointment and when I arrived with my group, we had a small room that had a center curtain. The woman at the front, Lisa, was nice at first. She told me to pick out some styles I liked and then we could start trying dresses on. The store isn’t in any order and the wedding dresses are everywhere. No budget order or size order. It’s a little unorganized and all of them are surprises until you look at the tag which you hope are right.

As I started trying the dresses on, she would make notes about each dress, which I thought was good, but it wasn’t helpful. If I hated a dress, I certainly do not want to keep trying that same style on even if I picked out the dress because I did not know what I liked until I was trying it on. She was very impersonal. A little rude. Lacking personality and customer service. Never mentioned pricing to me at all , I had to ask.

Then I narrowed it down to two, and I tried both on again. One was going to be off the rack (so it had a discount so I thought) and the other one would have to be shipped in with tariffs which I understood. The discount wasn’t a discount at all.

Why would you even ask my budget if you just wanted to go way over it. She was just very discourteous. And then when I decided I was going to have to think about it and not buy a dress, she was very impolite and you could tell she was almost annoyed that I didn’t purchase a dress. Decided to try the new bridal store in town and Bella Bridal definitely did not disappoint! Lisa was fantastic to work with and was very flexible with accommodating our larger group size for my appointment.

The store is beautiful and has a separate room for you and your group while trying on gowns. There was also a good selection of styles in both off the rack options and made to order dresses.

If you need to find a wedding dress on short notice definitely check out their off the rack options! They also had a great selection of hair pieces, belts, and veils. If you’re in need of a gown either bridal or prom, be sure to check them out. Hope to see this business...
