I can’t say enough about how wonderful the entire staff was. I wasn’t sure I’d be able to go because I’m in a wheelchair and I didn’t know what the boarding process would be, but they reassured me that they would help me and they did they saved me and my party, seats right where I would enter the boat so I didn’t have to go far and helped me up the ramp and into the seats. I could enjoy the entire ride Having a very good view of everything we were passing. It was very educational and quite entertaining the entire way, and again the staff did everything they could to keep all the passengers, engaged and mostly quiet. Unless it was a joke or something meant to get the passengers response. When we docked, I waited till the end and they helped me down the ramp and into my wheelchair I want to thank them very much for all they did going out of their way for me and my party I highly recommend anything they’re doing. Went on 12pm dolphin tour with Capt Mike and his deck crew. Started the tour with a few friendly dolphins by the rocks. Was really fun watching them. Had a really good time, that is until we hit the traffic jam....Of Dolphins that is, then we had a really GREAT time. We hit a pod of about 50 or more dolphins who put on an amazing show for all of us. It was like Capt Mike was paying them to show off, from surfing the waves, to flipping, to even getting frisky. We had front row seats to the real dolphin life. My 4 year old grandson was beyond excited! To say it was incredible would be an understatement. Capt Mike was so knowledgeable of our wonderful bay and the lighthouses that protect our shores. From the dock out to the point, it was so enjoyable & relaxing. It was our favorite thing to do while on vacation. Thank you Capt Mike & your 80 yr old co-captain who was so incredible to my parents. You have a great team! Thanks again, can't wait...
