DO NOT BUY! My wife purchased her wedding ring here and was in love with it until 4 days after our wedding not one but two stones fell out. I went back and asked them to fix it and they did however, they said it would be 3 weeks after they shipped it out. You would assume since it was their mistake they would mail it immediately. I was told it was $30 to mail and that they didn’t have anything else to send so they would not mail it out for another 2 weeks! Fast forward five weeks later we finally get the ring my new bride had worn a total of 4 days back. Within 3 hours of having the ring back another stone had fallen out. By this point we wanted nothing to do with this place. I returned to get a refund which the owner dismissively agreed to and I walked out without an apology. Here we are almost 6 weeks after our wedding and my bride has worn a ring for 4 days and 3 hours… not to mention all of our wedding photos now have this terrible ring in it. We are truly upset with this business and the owner and can not stress enough how poor our experience...

My clasp broke on my necklace which held my grandmother's diamond. After going to an establishment who told me I needed an entirely new chain costing $1,000, someone overheard the conversation and directed me to Khalsa. I am so thankful they did. I was told I did not need a new chain, but only a clasp and it would be roughly $100 given the price of gold.

They were fair, caring, and truly take pride in serving the community. When I went to pick it up, I did not realize it was already after 5 pm which is when they close.
