Cantrell Seafood — Local services in Lewiston

I dealt with Gendrons ever since I left Maine 11 years ago and have had them ship to me at least 20 times. Never an issue, always pleasant and helpful. Not sure what the deal is with this new company, but apparently Cantrell doesn't even want to sell lobster. I called 4 different times, waiting on hold for over 10 minutes each time and never did I get an actual human being to talk to. I would not recommend these folks. If they cannot even answer the phone how can they be trusted to ship...

Run down dirty place with equal to or higher prices than most other shops. The employees here are not professional, there is a lot of body hair, like beards and long hair just freely getting into your food, no hair nets...the first time I went here a woman was talking abiut how her coworker cheated on his girlfriend with her and how she is his "work wife"...just out in public...bragging..keep your personal lives at home people...today was my 2nd time in and I won't be...

Maine natives moved to Florida. We purchased six 1-1/2 lb lobsters to be delivered 12/22/23. They arrived well packed, still kicking. and were absolutely delicious! And all at a lower price than the "big" dealers from Maine. Well done, Cantrell Seafood - you have new loyal customers! Merry christmas...
