I cannot say enough good things about Dawn's Bridal. I bought my dress with Dawn, my sister bought her dress from Dawn, my aunt bought her dress for her first wedding with Dawn and then bought her second wedding dress with Dawn after her first husband passed away, my cousin bought her dress from Dawn and a dear friend also purchased her dress there. If THAT MANY people I know, love and respect have trusted Dawn's with the most special garment you'll ever wear then you can place your confidence with Dawn's too. I am, to say the least, incredibly choosy and probably not the easiest customer to work with because I have high (but realistic) expectations. I called before I came in for my appointment so I knew which designers they sold. I researched which were my favorite dresses and went over the pictures with the lady that helped me. She pulled some and my bridesmaids pulled some, she was perfect at being present enough and giving her opinion here and there without overpowering the session. I felt like she was a part of the group! My appointment lasted for (wait for it) almost five hours... Oops! Haha, all the dresses were so pretty and it was so hard to decide! The lady working with me never once made me feel like I was taking too long or that I was in the way. I actually ended up coming back one more time to place the order, again, the staff was so friendly and kind both times. The pricing for the tailoring is INCREDIBLY well priced. I was shocked at how low it was! Part of the reason why I was so surprised is because I've seen their work (several times) and it is flawless. Five...

I bought my wedding dress from Dawn's in 2011 (Late review, I know). The ladies who work there were so nice, but also really realistic about what we were doing. I had gone to other places where the people who worked there would have told me anything to get me in an expensive dress. The woman we worked with at Dawn's could read my facial expressions and tell that I didn't like a dress without me having to explain why. When I finally put on a dress and my eyes lit up, she casually excused herself so that I could spend time (in the dress) with my mom and maid of honor. HIGHLY RECOMMEND DAWNS BRIDAL! Dawns bridal has been amazing to work with! I shopped a dawns first (it was recommended to me) and found 2 dresses I loved but still wanted to look around. I found a dress I loved in a local store and noticed it was one of the brands sold at dawns. Not only because I loved the service at dawns but also because of COVID-19 and wanting to help out small businesses I called dawns to see if I could get the dress I liked from the other store. Not only was she able to get that dress for me but she was able to get it for a much cheaper price and guarantee that it would arrive on time which the other store was not able to do! Yet again I say that I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND...
