Worst place ever! I was there for a highlights, they destroyed my hair completely, the man who did my highlights I forgot his name not professional at all. While I was there I saw a women crying they damaged her hair as well, and it was the man who was doing my hair too, I told my self maybe it was a misunderstanding, but he destroyed my hair too, I should’ve stop the process when I saw the lady crying, she came back to fix it. Jessica ( the other hair coloring specialist) came late and she saw me freaking out about how my hair looked like elastic damaged completely, and she started to use a product to help my hair at least with less damage. But what I was shocked about is when the man was rinsing my hair all the 3 hair dressers came and saw the damage in my hair and they didn’t say anything, they kept ooohhh beautiful hair 😔😔, when he finished rinsing it I was ready for the blow drying I saw my hair looked like elastic, destroyed. Jessica told me not to use any heat on my hair for 3 days, I told her I am going to pay half price because they damaged my hair, the other lady called Leila said no!! , we gonna call the police, they charged me 80$ for damaged hair. She ruined my hair n my photo shoot. I went in for a all over color n top highlights. I tried to explain to the lady that I wanted darker then the color I had so the color would cover my gray. When she showed me the hair color I told her I wanted darker. After sitting there for hours n 5 washes I asked her what was wrong she said it looked good. When she turned me to mirror she used my longer hair to try to cover my 3 shade lighter roots. She said my hair didn't take color there to come back in few days to get it fixed. She had trimmed it up before the color so when I got home upset n checked hair my hair was so uneven n chopped up I end up going from middle back length hair to shortest layer is above my ears. The owner is extremely nice and incredibly responsive. I was not only able to get an appointment quickly, but they were also flexible when we got caught in traffic and called to let them know we were running a few minutes late. The haircut my fiancee ended up getting turned out very nice looking but wasn't exactly what we were looking for. The inspiration picture had a straight line undercut in the back with two parallel lines on the temple area just above the ear. She tried to do it to the best of her abilities but I don't think she has the correct tools or experience with undercut designs. However, as I've mentioned earlier the haircut itself looks fantastic.
