Club Lincoln Crossing — Local services in Lincoln

It's great place potentially. But in reality something always wrong with this Center. Whether sauna isn't working, or spa, or swimming pool too dirty etc. But today this Community Center got almost bingo. Pool is so dirty and unmaintained that there are dozens of water living pests are swimming around and even GIANT DEAD SPIDER got its last shelter. Temperature in sauna is lower than outside. The sauna door doesn't close. Etc, etc, etc. The only good thing there - front desk staff. They are extremely friendly, nice, but on the other hand - useless. Because they don't have any rights to solve literally any problem at this facility. Dirty pool with pests and dead arachnids is the problem which can attract some authorities already. Everything else...

Very nice H.O.A. Clubhouse. They are adding a new indoor pool and a concession building to buy food. The kiddie pool is perfect for toddlers. There is Tennis Courts and a decent gym to work out in. There's a neat playroom with a pool table, air hockey and video games to keep the kids entertained while you work out. I enjoy bringing a picnic basket loaded with cheese, crackers and wine and kicking back poolside with the family as they swim and...

I'm grateful for this clubhouse, it's a great value for what it brings as part of the HOA, but the teenagers absolutely overrun this place most days after school and make the main weight room unusable. It's really unfortunate. We need to work with the local high schools to figure out a solution. I'm glad they're not off getting into trouble, but the adults are the ones paying for this facility and sometimes it's...
