The staff on phone and the pilot were courteous and understanding when we were getting late to arrive at the spot due to traffic. They assured us it's going to be fine which eased a lot of tension. The tour was also a nice experience, but it was not a helipcopter we were expecting, but a mini- airplane instead. It seemed not in a great condition but worked fine anyway.
