I would give this store even more than 5 stars if I could. We went in there yesterday and Mary Jo helped us way more than anyone has ever helped me in my life try to find shoes. I have plantar fascitis and need special shoes. I was after a tennis to hike with and she found multiple ones for me to try on. She told me I could walk around in them in the store as long as I wanted and she only wanted me to buy them if they were right for me. Customer service is excellent! And the prices are fair. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and prompt. We ordered two xc ski kits over the phone and the experience was top notch. Chad walked me through all of my options. They shipped my boots immediately so I got them in two days. Visiting NH on a two week camping trip. Stopped by to take a look around. The store is nicely laid out with the appropriate displays. There is a markdown/clearance area in the back where you can find some deals. The associates on duty were not very helpful and were immersed in a conversation. I wasn’t the only one they didn’t acknowledge.
