This place is best for brides just starting out their search, not for brides further along in the process.

The place is very clean and comfortable, and has a “we care about you” vibe. This was my 4th boutique and I found them through a specific designers website.

My first criticism is my appointment form wasn’t read through. You can’t schedule online, so you fill out a form and request the appointment time. Sheri reached out promptly to schedule me in, and I appreciate that. However in my form I was very detailed about why I’m visiting, what I’m looking for and the exact codes for the designer dresses I was wanting to try on. I drove 2 hours only to be told they don’t have those dresses and repeat myself on what I’m looking for. I understand that they can’t possibly carry all the designer dresses, but that should’ve been cleared up before appointment confirmation. So don’t bother with their forms, call and make sure you talk to someone.

Second criticism is the lack of selection. This place is great if you’re looking to “build your own” dress or if you don’t know what you like yet, but if you’re hoping to have that “I said yes to the dress in front of me” moment, it might not be the place for you.

Third criticism is the service. The associate who helped me started out very fun and pleasant, but as time went on, I could tell she was growing impatient. They’re different from other boutiques in that they let you walk through their (albeit few) racks and pick out what you like. Since I came there expecting to try out specific dresses, I felt like I wasn’t going to find one I liked, and the associate knew that too. She was trying to push me to just settle and customize with them, and I felt judged for wanting to continue searching.

Finally, I wasn’t a fan of their changing room methods. It’s well decorated and huge, but if you’re conscious about standing naked in front of strangers, it’s not for you. All other places give you full privacy until you’re ready for them to come help you, while here I had to stand awkwardly covering myself as the associate hung up the dress, and got ready for the next one.

I had the absolute BEST experience yesterday and today at Casa Bianca Bridal Boutique! I will be the first to admit, I was not looking forward to dress shopping... or the whole wedding process in general. But from the moment I walked in and saw my name on the welcome chalkboard and noticed the elegant/feminine decor, I already felt my spirits lift. Then I was greeted by Sheri, the owner, and she was so bubbly, personable, kind and funny, such a joy to be around! She made the process so much easier and was not in the least bit "high pressure" or pushy. She lets you mosey about and pick the dresses that speak to you or catch your eye, then takes you back to a luxurious dressing room (seriously, the dressing room of your dreams!). She takes your measurements and does an impeccable job of pinning the dresses to fit your figure before stepping on that dreaded pedestal. Honestly, after the first dress, I no longer dreaded it! It was actually fun and I even felt beautiful a couple times. There was no one else in the boutique, so it was very personable and comfortable. Not to mention, she has many customizable dresses that takes the stress out of alterations (especially for us short ladies). It is so obvious how passionate Sheri is about what she does and that she gives 110% of herself to her business. She goes above and beyond to set herself apart from other boutiques and it really shows in the quality of service. There was never a sense of pressure or any level of stress. So, being someone that never writes reviews, I was compelled to write one about this experience because it was truly amazing. I did find the perfect dress along with some very thoughtful advice and some good laughs. If you are hesitant about booking with this boutique, please put all of that hesitation in your pocket and book the appointment! You will not regret it....

I said yes to the dress at Casa Bianca! What a wonderful experience from start to finish. Kendal was absolutely lovely. I'd come down with a terrible migraine the morning of my appointment, and was still feeling pretty rough when we went in. Kendal was so, beyond kind and understanding — she made coffee, and even dimmed the lights gently in the area where I was trying on dresses to make it more comfortable. That level of care and empathy really set the stage, and I am so glad I made it to the appointment after all, as I ended up finding my dress!

They have a GORGEOUS selection of dresses, and the sample dresses are in excellent shape. Kendal helped me find dresses that were both exactly what I had in mind and some that were outside my comfort zone, and asked lots of thoughtful questions as well as answered all of ours! She really is amazing.

Once I'd found my favourite, I was pretty sure that would be the dress, but wanted to sleep on it and show my dad. I was only home in Colorado for another 24 hours before having to fly back to the UK (where I live), and Kendal — amazing Kendal! — somehow managed to squeeze us in so we could come back, re-try the dress, and show my dad. We zoomed by en route to the airport, and she had us in and out in 30 minutes with a dress selected! Again, such above and beyond customer service.
