Willow and Tulaire — Local services in Littleton

I am really sad to have to be writing this review as I love to support all of our local business's as much as I can. My husband and I went in yesterday and I found 2 pair of shoes I loved. I bought one pair and wore them out. As soon as we walked out the door I realized I was having trouble keeping them on my feet. We walked a block I took them off and went right back to the store to exchange them for the other "flip flop" style shoe. I walked in and right at the front door was the young lady that helped me and I was not even able to finish telling her what the issue was when she said "we can not take shoe returns of any kind. I am sorry about that". Very poor customer service. My family has a retail business in MA and we take returns back all of the time. I understand with your artisans products but this is at the new location and they were shoes. I am so disappointed I can not begin to tell you. Over a $48 pair of shoes you have lost a customer that would have spent hundreds of dollars over the years as well as all of her friends. I wanted to purchase the other pair so it is not like a total loss and the shoes had been purchased...

I was in Denver recently and found Willow + Tulaire and I'm so glad I did. If you live in the area or are just passing through I highly recommend taking the time to drive down to Littleton and visit the store. They have the coolest and most eclectic collection of items; from local artwork, clothes, candles, stickers, and jewelry, to some offbeat brands that are truly refined. I love shopping here because Willow + Tulaire has such unique gifts. I needed a present for Christmas, and I knew where to go to find something which would match a jacket. I found a beautiful hand-knit scarf in just the right color scheme.
