Went here for first time two weeks ago. My dog was given dehydrated lamb lung treats in the store, and she loved them. I was thrilled because she is quite picky and so it was great to find a new training treat. I was also excited about the fact that this treat does not have a strong smell so it’s good to have in my pocket. I liked the store and the person who helped, but I didn’t get any warnings on slowly introducing this lamb treat. I bought $10 worth to take home, but the next day I had a very sick dog. I was not warned that I should introduce these slowly as a new protein can be difficult for some dogs. At first I didn’t know the cause of her vomiting and diarrhea so we went into the vet and $500 later we found out she didn’t have anything. We waited two weeks to re-introduce anything new to her diet and tried the treats again, and again had a sick dog. Of course, any dog can react poorly to something different in the diet, but some warning on the fact that this particular treat can cause tummy upset and should be introduced slowly would have saved me $500 in vet bill, a sick dog, and a carpet...

Best Customer Service & Cutest Pet Shop Around I started shopping at Zoey's place when it opened last year. I love the boutique environment and the fact that much of the products are made in Colorado. Kelly, the owner, is wonderful, she is friendly and so incredibly knowledgeable. She knows her products through and through and has given me great advice. I also love that Kelly is very focused on community and giving back. She had a tree to help homeless pets in the area for Christmas, she always has a donation bucket for shelter pets as well. I will never shop at another pet food store now that I have found...

I absolutely LOVE Zoey's. I get to support a local, independent business and feed my dogs the best food around, all while having the most excellent customer service experience a client could dream of. Lauren (sorry if I spelled it wrong) is always so excited to chat about, and too, the four legged family; she also never drops her smile. Although the location isn't a warehouse, the selection of food, toys, treats for dogs, and cats, is mighty.
