I was a groomsman in my childhood friends wedding in Dallas. He had a few different guys located in different parts of the US, myself just out of San Antonio.

We were informed to have everyone measured by 5/31/21 for the wedding that took place 6/12/21.

I was measured and promised pick up for two days in advance of the wedding.

Thursday 6/10/21 (two days in advance of the wedding) I went to pick up my suit, where I was informed it wasn’t in the store and to return the following day 6/11/21, after 11am when they open. We were traveling to Dallas for the wedding and wouldn’t make our rehearsal dinner on time, so they recommended that I do a location change and rerouted to the store where the groom was picking up. Given it was 1pm they ensured it would be there Friday in Mesquite Texas.

Not to my surprise it didn’t arrive Friday 6/11/21.

Saturday 6/12/21 (day of the 2:00pm event) I was able to get my suit at 12:00pm and was reminded that it’s $20 per day not if not returned by 6pm Sunday 6/13/21.

While the rest of the wedding party was enjoying a breakfast, I was waiting in line to pick up my suit.

When I asked if I was going to get a $40 discount for the lack of my suit being ready, the young lady said “next”.

Their 2 day guarantee is trash, and given a wedding isn’t a multiple time event, use someone reliable, and affordable. Super trash service for a $229.49 suit...

I love Men's Warehouse. I am a very tall slender male and it is extremely hard for me to find professional clothes. I love that they don't let you leave till they know it is going to look good on you. I mean their motto is "You are going to like the way you look. I guarantee it" and they stick to it. The only reason I will rate this store 2 stars is because of the attitude Joe presented to my friends and I. I came in looking to find a sports coat and was willing to spend quite a bit to make sure I found a good one that will fit. I was only met with snarky remarks about how I must be looking for a bargain coat or other remarks that sounded like I was not good enough to shop here. Joe was lucky that he picked out a coat that I really liked otherwise I would have left right after getting both his managers and district managers number. While checking out, I was asked if I wanted to provide an e-mail address for the rewards program. I said no due to the fact that my friend, girlfriend and I were growing tired of his attitude and wanted to leave as quickly as possible. He couldn't be satisfied that our business together was almost done and had to throw this remark, "Of course you would not shop at a place like this." Originally fit at the Selma store. After a few weeks I was notified my rental was ready. It was not sent to the Selma store. Sent to Round Rock store. No big deal right? Came in two days later at the Selma store. But guess what? Doesn’t fit. Both too small, slim fit for some reason which wasn’t the original order. Sent off for the right stuff. No big deal right? Another round of replacements to Round Rock. Again. This time literally the day before the event. I asked a person in the bridal party to pick up my stuff as I’m traveling in the day of. No big deal right? This time I was given two separate rentals, two shirts, two jackets. All wrong size. Slim when it was supposed to be regular fit on one set. Too small on the other set. And guess what else? The tags on the garment bag had the right sizes. The workers didn’t verify what was actually in the garment bags. I even asked the woman at the Selma store, since my order had already been messed up twice, to call the Round Rock store to verify accuracy. Do not rent from Selma, Round Rock or Men’s...
