Very unsatisfied with the way that the manager Rose handled the situation. I purchased a perfume one day before I tried to return it because the girl told me if I didn’t like the way it smelt I could bring it back however the manager would not return it. clear packaging was still on it but one side was a little open ( this it how I purchased it) half of the things in the store are open. I spent over 300$ in this store. I will be returning everything else I bought and will spend my money at a different location. I myself am a Manger and I would never give this type of grief or embarrassment to a customer who spent that much money in my store … or any amount of money in my store. I looked up the store policy on returns and it said that it could be returned. I will be calling corporate tomorrow. These places exchange you rubbing plastic cards on plastic boxes, or pieces of cloth for second run, overstocked, factory rejected, cheap line, or abandoned run merchandise! It's pretty cool. Unknown designers and overly enthusiastic merchants let these stores sell everything that their target market didn't want to the next few socioeconomic classes down the ladder. Stuff is cheap, cheaply made on purpose, and is the definition of flooding the market with quantity instead of quality. That being said, there are a lot of diamond in the rough scenarios here, in every department. It's fun to hunt for stuff on the spacious isles with shelves packed far beyond capacity with items loosely organized by intended part of the home, or purpose. It's like a giant garage sale with less chance of getting...

First things first, I love a good bargain. Ross is one of my favorite places to shop even though I'm not a big fan of clothes shopping. This location is usually ok, but never really kept up with. I've never seen this store without a line of customers (at the checkout), but it looks even worse with the social distancing stickers. COVID Update: Shelves are pretty bare. The fitting rooms are CLOSED, so it makes it a little difficult to be picky. I'm not sure if they're accepting returns either. I think they could/should open the fitting rooms (limited of course) and have someone give them a good wipe down after each use.

Update The restrooms and fitting rooms are open and back to normal! Returns are accepted as well.
