Luda Nails and spa — Local services in Livonia

Just took my daughter and her friend to get their nails done. My daughters friend used all her money she saved for the nails and they look awful. They have bumps in them and the real nail you can see under heath. So when you look at the fake nail on top her own nail shoes under and it looks bad. She was super upset and we tried asking them to fix it and they wanted more money and didn’t think anything was wrong. Her friend left and was crying. She used all she had for this for home coming and it’s embarrassing. She said the person doing the nails kept redoing the paint also. It just was a mess there is white spots on the lower part and the French tops don’t cover the nail under. It was just a super sad and bad experience. They wanted me to pay more for them to fix it and then they looked at all three of us like we did something wrong. It was awful we won’t go back there. They each paid over 60 for these nails and the friend doesn’t want anyone to see hers :(. And she didn’t have any more money to pay again to fix it. Super sad a child was taken...

Please read before coming here. I came in with dipped nails and instead of my nail tech soaking them off in acetone.. she started clipping them off! she used an acrylic nail piece to pop off the remaining dip on my nails. It ruined my nail bed. The nail clippers didn’t look sanitary. She then proceeded to get cuticle trimmer from the drawer and use it on my nails. It didn’t come out of a sterilizing bag. Idk how many times that’s been used before it got to me. When I called they told me dip + removal will cost $50. That’s fine, when I got there she told me dip wouldn’t work on my nails but that’s what I’ve been getting for the past 6 months (not from this place). She kept insisting I put on these plastic nails instead… I said no if I can’t do dip then just do regular gel is fine. My bill was still $50 even though I got gel instead of dip. Everywhere else dip is more expensive than gel. VERY...

I will start by saying, everyone has bad days, sadly I was the victim of this nail techs bad day! I was in with a friend for the first time, as it was next to the restaurant we had breakfast in, so the location was convenient and the shop looked nice and clean. After having a pedicure, we moved to the mani station and the woman providing the service was up and down doing other things in the middle of my service. After leaving I noticed that my nails were dull and transferring color onto my clothing, except for a single finger, which had been properly completed writh the top coat. I returned and the owner fixed the mess, sort of, there were bumps in the finish and the gel lasted half the time it would ordinarily last for me.

I don't enjoy an establishment that speaks another language in front of the client and there was no apology from the owner for the inconvenience. I...
