The food here is decent with tons of TVs and friendly waitstaff with their booties hanging out of plaid skirts. Like, all the way out. Fun for grown ups, I suppose, but I think it's really weird that kids are there with parents. I just don't get it. that might keep me from returning, honestly. I think it should be 18+ or they should wear shorts under the skirts. Our service was good and it was crowded. We really liked the fried jalapenos - homemade and delicious. The smoked/grilled wings tasted nice and smoky and they were tender, but they could have used 5 more minutes on the grill to crisp up the skin - they were a bit flabby. Sauce tasted good though, and I'd get them again. They also have naked and breaded options. The burgers were decent, but the meat really could have used some seasoning or even just salt. But the avocado was nice and fresh, and the meat was cooked perfectly. Juicy and flavorful. The fries came out hot and fresh out of the fryer, and I appreciated that. Lots of beer options, a couple of ciders, lots of shots, signature cocktails and lemonades to choose from at decent prices. It's nice to see $8-$12 cocktails. We'd come back, but maybe later to avoid the kids?

A group of friends and I went to this location last night and the service was terrible. 40 mins for a beer, over a hr for our food. Speaking of food... some of the group complained that it wasn't prepared properly (undercooked). Also, they completely forgot my order. The whole table was eating but me smh. To top it all off, they charged us an extra $10 per person for a fight we had no interest in watching. The flyer on the door said it's a cover (never seen a cover at Twin Peaks mind you) for those who are seated after 9 pm. Our party was there prior to 9 pm, and we were basically told that we'd have to pack up and leave or pay the "event service charge." I talked to the manager several times, and he was unwilling to wave the fee no matter how bad our service was. I frequent Twin Peaks at least once a week, and this was by far the worst experience I've ever had. They will never get another dime of my hard earned money.

The ladies obviously get a lot of attention, but the food is honestly great. Trophy trout has become a favorite and it's reasonably priced. Waitresses are friendly and I've heard they are supposed to be somewhat sociable but I have yet to experience that here from anyone other than the hostess at the door. Good service otherwise. Update two years later. Pretty much same experience still. The Trout is still very good though looked a bit different. Attentive server too, she did a great job checking in often but still not an overly social experience. They've also switched to a QR code menu you have to scan. Somewhat annoying and lazy to only have that. Update 2023: Trout dish still a favorite, presentation on the plate was a bit messy. Hit the waitress shift change but both were attentive, still nothing overly social.

CHAPTER 1

Service was absolutely the worst I've ever seen in my entire life. Couldn't even review the food because we didn't even make it that far. Upon arrival we sat and waited for about 15 to 20 minutes and didn't even know who our waitress was... It was a little busy but even a "hey I'll be right with you" would have been nice. We just wanted to order our drinks so my husband went up to the bar to try to order them and at that time we found out who our waitress was so she came over to the table and we just ordered our food and our drinks with her..... 10 minutes later, they only brought us one drink. We waited a bit longer and found our waitress again and asked her and she had no idea but she just said that she assumed that they were out of it so they didn't bring it... But nobody told us that this is what had happened.. so then we waited like 15 more minutes and my husband decided to just go up to the bar and try to order me one up there... At this time the people in the booth next to us turned around to me and said that their service was so terrible that this was the first time that they had ever not tipped at a restaurant in their lives. They had the same waitress we did. Regardless , he successfully ordered the drink and brought it back to the table That's when the waitress FINALLY brought the drink that I had ordered. We had told her that we didn't want it because it would have been warm by time we got around to drinking at (at this point we had three drinks sitting at the table).. she got an attitude and said okay well you'll have to pay for it anyway I'm getting my manager and walked away with it.

CHAPTER 2

The Manager comes over and asked what had happened so we explain everything to him. He apologized and said that he was going to take that other beer off (as he should) and he said that he was going to have another waitress come and take care of us and at that point everything was settled. The new waitress came to our table and was nice and said "hello I'm taking over would you guys like to order some food ?"

đŸ€ŻđŸ€ŻđŸ€ŻđŸ€ŻđŸ€Ż

We explained to her that we had ordered food 30 minutes ago in great detail when we ordered our drinks. She said okay well I'm going to go check on that and I'll get back with you. 5 minutes later she comes back and said that there was never a food order put in and the waitress had told her that we never ordered food 😬 We were completely baffled.

CHAPTER 3

We call the manager back over again. And he said the same stuff he did the first time. How can I make this right blah blah blah... Would you like to order some more food ? And at this point we had already been sitting there for over an hour. The new waitress was being very nice and she was trying to figure things out for us but at this point we just decided to leave. My husband told the manager that he needs to learn how to run a restaurant. And the manager responded with "okay little man" and told my husband not two point his finger in his face (Even though he didn't he was like 3 ft away from him) and he proceeded to stand real close blocking our way from leaving the table acting like we did something wrong.. My husband asked him to move out of the way so we could leave and after he moved we started to leave and as my husband followed behind me the manager was telling my husband to follow me because he wanted to make sure that we were leaving the restaurant 😕 My husband and I dine out all of the time and never in my life have I ever been treated so badly or had such a terrible experience. We are never...

(Reposting it on Google since I never heard back from anyone from the website)

My husband and I stopped in for dinner before heading to our business convention, and all we wanted was a quick burger, nachos, etc., and what we experienced was a huge disappointment. We are huge fans of the Twin Peaks in Auburn Hills and in Madison Heights, so when we found one in Livonia, we knew that we’d have exceptional service like at the other locations. To our utter disappointment, we were hugely let down. It all began with arriving at the restaurant and then waiting 15 minutes for anyone to greet us at the table. The server in the next section noticed that we hadn’t been greeted yet, and went out of her way to find our server Sydni. In the meantime, my husband went up to the bar to ask for a manager, and that’s when we met Mary the Floor Manager. Mary apologized to us and said that our server should’ve been over to our table in under 1 minute, and we said that it had been 15 minutes. Once our server Sydni arrived, we ordered 2 beers and our dinner order since we were very hungry. My husband ordered a burger and I ordered the chicken nachos, and asked for the nachos to be brought out with the burger. My nachos arrived shortly after, and Sydni said that my husband’s burger would be arriving within minutes and all that they were waiting on were fresh French Fries. We started eating my nachos and then after 25 minutes, the burger still had not surfaced and my nachos were gone (my husband and I shared my dinner since his wasn’t at the table)!! We couldn’t find our server Sydni or Mary the Manager and were getting super frustrated!! Finally my husband spotted Mary and flagged her down to ask her what was going on?? Mary brought the burger a few minutes later, and then Sydni stated that the kitchen was really backed up and that somebody had stolen his burger and had brought it to another table! They both apologized and Mary said that she wouldn’t charge us for the burger, and then walked away. Sydni asked us if we needed anything, and I asked for a refill of my drink, but then proceeded to wait 15 minutes for that too! The only reason I received my refill was because we flagged Mary down and she brought it to me. We paid our bill and then left in extreme disappointment of how our night turned out. We never asked for anything to be taken off the bill, but after all of the trials and tribulations of the evening, I think we should’ve been compensated a little bit more. I work in the Service Industry at s 5-Star Steakhouse and we would’ve bent over backwards to make the situation right. We both felt that since our evening was off to a rough beginning that both Sydni and Mary were avoiding us like the plague in the end, and it wasn’t even our fault. I understand that most restaurants are understaffed and struggling, but when you’re sitting in a section where there isn’t any service, it’s a HUGE problem! All of the other sections had very punctual servers and were always around, and that made us feel even worse! Thank you...

I went there for my birthday dinner. I had a pocket full of money so I was tipping. Every waitress that came up to my table. We did not even have a menu yet. We Me and my friend, Both ordered drinks I got mine first. They did not even bring his. we ordered pulled pork nachos. she brought some nachos. There was like one piece of meat in the middle. I called for a waitress and asked where was the meat? The manager came to my table and said they longer have pulled pork nachos. I let her know. Nobody told me when I placed the order. I'll pay for a 1/2 order of if since we ate. It was on our plate and I would like a nothetll order with meet. I even seven tipped her $3 for coming to my table so far. I was out about $60 tipping everybody. I was in a good mood. next thing I know she calls an African American to my table. To escort us me and my friend out. I apologize to her before this about the nachos. And I would just like another appetizer and to place our order. The Afro-American that came to our table asked us to leave. we didn't understand why considering we've spent money and all we had was a 1/2. Order of nachos with no meat. The manager who looked like she'd just rolled out of bed in a Gray hoodie and some dirty looking blue jeans messed up hair was agitated. I complained about nachos that she was going to call the police and actually did said she feels like her life is in danger. She feels threatened. Said i was being aggressive. Lied so much i started crying and went to my car. She followed me and was acting like i was hurting her. after I apologized about the nachos and try to rectify the situation. Because it was my birthday dinwe ended up leaving. Without food after I spent all that money on the girls. on spending about $300. Was my budget Everybody being happy, joyful and positive worst experience in my life. I was even going to pay it forward for the tables around me. Total out of my pocket was about $60 and we didn't even get to order our entree.we didn't get menus. They were so rude. I'm basically traumatized from this. The next day.. today I call and talk to mat or something. Said he was the area manager or what ever. He seemed unbothered when I explained what happe I asked him to look at the footage from the night b4. Now I haven't ate up to this moment. I'm so upset and depressed. When my friends ask me what happened. When I talk about what happened I start and can't stop crying. So now I have to take my time to followed up and make sure these people are held accountable. This is gonna be a...
