I've ordered my flowers from Lucky's for the past 10 years, always beautiful. Unfortunately I think the business has been sold to new owners. Two faces I've never seen before are working there. When ordering prom bouquet for my son's date, I walked in a week before the event, took time to really plan out what I thought would look nice. When I picked up the flowers, I was embarrassed at the thought of handing these flowers to someone else's child. The flowers were miss shapped and losing petals.. I asked if the original idea could be reworked into the bouquet that was given to me. The owner replied " well that's why you should have given me a picture"...... Umm no I'm not a florest, that's your job. But this I do know not to use flowers that clearly have not been handled properly, cared for, or allowed to wilt in a bouquet... And my son's boutonniere which was also ordered from Lucky's fell apart before he even made it to prom. ...
Read moreI recived a dozen of roses in a vase from my husband. I could not believe how beautiful, fresh they were. His experience was amazing! He walked in not knowing what he wanted, the ladies were so helpful he was stunned at how helpful the ladies were and how quickly they made the arrangement. The arrangement was stunning it took my breath away! and after him telling me the service he received was even more amazing. His words “he can’t believe that there are people/owners out there that still know the value of great customer service.” He will definitely be back again and if I know my husband he will only go there! I am also sold and can’t wait to experience this service for myself! I know the arrangements are amazing but with great customer service why would anyone go anywhere else?! Keep up the great work!! Read moreI was very excited when I went to the flower shop and a wonderful lady helped me . I had an odd request I get that but when I placed my order we had discussed the flowers and how it was going to be made . Rows of red and white carnations , dark blue ribbon in the middle and the lily in the middle . However when I picked up my order it was not what was talked about . When I asked it to be fixed the other women ( owner ) wouldn’t even let me talk to explain what was wrong with it . She said she made a beautiful bouquet and called me a Karen . If I wanted it fixed to how we originally discussed it would be another 50 dollars . She was totally out of control .
