When I was checking out as I swiped my debit card the register went down. So Travis (the manager) called the support team and I stood there ( with a 2 year old) for almost an hour. Support team couldn't help couldn't find any trace of my transaction, but I pulled up my bank account in store and it was showing pending. They insisted transaction still didn't go through and and it was showing in my bank so I asked what was gonna happen Travis said I would have to purchase the shirt again on another register. LOL...IDK anout y'all but I just don't have money like that to just purchase the shirt again. He said it would fall off my bank account. Read moreAvoid this location at all cost. I tried making a phone order and they said they had the item in stock after I received a phone call for them to verify they had the item. Then they got all my shipping information and then tell me at the end of the call they “magically” do NOT have the item in stock after being on hold for 20+ mins for them to input my shipping information. The manager was insanely rude and I believe the whole situation could have been handled a lot better. As a person that spends 1000’s of dollars at Polo Ralph Lauren Factories (you can view my account) I have yet to have bad service with one Polo Store and it certainly puts a bad taste in my mouth after this experience.
