Indy Clover is such a smart concept for people to come sell clothes & times they no longer need or want to get rid of BUT they have a few things that need fixing and I’m sure not only this location has these issues. I’ve been able to sell a few times and it’s always been successful. I’m giving a 3 star review because I’ve noticed every single time I’ve sold (I’ve have gone in throughout the week to fix my own booth) booths are always a mess. There’s always items from different booths in the wrong numbered booth. There’s clothes that are just lying there not on hangers. I’ve been texted before about times I “forgot” items when really they’re from a person who used my booth a week prior. Another reason, I follow their socials and notice they always highlight the same booths and same items. I booked for two weeks and not once was my booth shown, same with other booths. They have an app now that notifies you when you’ve sold an item and how much you’ve made, idk if mine had a glitch but one day it showed me a specific amount of times sold and $ and then a few days later the app showed a smaller number. I think something that should be implemented is hangers for...

Selling with them was a disappointment. They ended up retagging my sets per-item, like $3 total vs their retagged $4 per item (which ended up being way expensive for the specific items so I'm not surprised they didn't sell). Fees were super high - $35 booth fee + 1/3 of your sales (and other fees listed in their terms) is a lot. We walked away with less than $40 when we initially sold well over $100 worth of items after all the cuts and fees. They never featured our booth, even though we had trendy, name brand, and brand new items. I had to go in and clean up the booth several times throughout the week. Items that had been freshly steamed were balled up on a bottom shelf and wrinkled when I went in, with empty hangers in my booth. Set up took almost two hours. So 2 stars for selling. If you're just going to donate the items anyways, you might make something and that's better than nothing but it wasn't worthwhile...

I know my clothes wernt the most in style) My booth was always a mess from customers ( I went in often to add more things or get something I sold privately) . I feel like with the selling fee's the employees would help keep an eye on disorderly booths on their down time. Im not sure if my items sold or got stolen (super easy to steal from here). The tag system is cute but not logical- the tags were shiny so the markers could not dry and would get marker all over my items.
I like the idea of this, but feel like there are some kinks to work out until I would be comfortable...
