I was invited to attend, with a small group of my daughter's wedding party, to help her choose a wedding dress. This was such an honor. Nova Bridal understands what an important moment this is, and absolutely made this a special occasion. We were greeted by a darling, welcoming young lady named Maya. Her smile was contagious and we were quickly made comfortable in a tastefully decorated sitting area. The space highlighted the bride-to-be with a pedestal for modelling the dresses, with mirrors and lighting to see every detail. Maya dressed her in the most perfectly curated designs that we could have imagined. My baby looked beautiful in each one! Prior to the appointment, my daughter offered images to help with choosing preferred styles and silhouettes. They pulled from their extensive collection the most perfect options for her to try on. She felt special and beautiful the whole time. You might almost imagine that Maya knew her personally (which she didn't), but the understanding that she exhibited, and the comfort level that she facilitated for my daughter and for everyone that was there, was exemplary. We were made confident and excited for this special upcoming ceremony. I'm so grateful to have had this experience. It was beautiful and memorable. I loved Nova Bridal! The store is beautiful and clean with lots of open space. The dresses are placed with room in between each dress so its easy to see each dress, rather than them being packed and impossible to see. Maya is SO sweet and friendly, I went to try on dresses by myself and she made the whole experience feel so special and exciting even though it was just me. They provide water, have alterations in house, and have lots of beautiful options for veils. I was a walk in, and they were so gracious to accommodate me and help me enjoy the experience. I wasn't rushed or pushed out even though they had an appointment coming in soon, they gave me the option to try one or two before the next client arrived, or to schedule an appointment. I felt so special and taken care of, this is definitely a bridal shop I would recommend to any girl shopping for her dream dress! Michelle did my alterations and she was absolutely amazing. She was so sweet. She was extremely capable and did such a fantastic job, despite the difficulty of the fabric she was working with! I LOVED my experience at this shop. It was intimate, private and personalized for me and my bridesmaids. I showed Maya my inspiration pictures and pointed out what I liked about each dress on the photos. She literally put everything I pointed out into the first dress she picked for me. This is the dress I ended up picking. I haven’t had an experience like this. Out of the 4 shops I’ve been too, and hours of trying on dresses, this is hands down the best place to go. On top of the amazing experience, the price was well below my price range which was a huge plus to the situation, I got very lucky with that.
