I'm incredibly impressed! I've been in a couple of times for different issues with my phone (not even purchased through them) & the gentleman was extremely knowledgeable, truly acted like he cared & wanted to help, on top of being able to explain tech things to me in a very understandable way. Between how they've helped with my phones & what I've overheard while he was helping others, it's truly impressive the amount of knowledge he has about the different devices & he's not afraid to tell you if he's unsure about something, which is extremely comforting. I hate when people try to guess or fake their way through something &it just ends up causing more problemd! They have products & phones for sale in store but never once have they evened suggested or tried to push a product on me, which is also extremely refreshing. I can just go in for whatever I need & not have to worry about dodging a sales pitch, while it is nice to know they have things if i need them. I highly...

We have been using Next Up for several years now. My daughter bought her first phone here, with her own money, and Mike was so cool to work with and "negotiate" a deal with her! Fast forward several years and many phones and repairs later, and that same daughter's phone got broken in a car accident. We took it in to Mike and he said it could be fixed for a VERY reasonable cost. When I went to pick up the phone this morning, he refused payment, and said to just call it his graduation present to my daughter. I can't say how much this meant to me!! This is what customer service is all about. We have done most of our cell phone/screen protector business here, but now we will never go anywhere else. Way to go Next Up - you have earned a customer for LIFE!! I can't recommend them...

worst Service around wasted my time twice Had them replace a screen on an iPhone 5s 3-4 days with out phone picked it up wouldn’t work correctly took it back 3-4 days later picked it up & when we got home noticed the screen was cracked by the home button. Called a day later & they wouldn’t warranty there screen or work so I went to a real service company Tricked out in the mall . Cost more however they fixed it in front of me & informed me next up cellar ruined the proximity sensor .

I would never recommend going there for anything & the owner try’s to cover up his stores incompetence by saying we’ll work it out or call me & I'll take care of it .... Then the side step comes they don’t warranty there screens even if they break them .. go...
