The staff was super friendly and helpful. I brought in a bag with 4 articles of clothing to sell and the staff was happy to answer questions and guided me through the selling process. I was told it was a 45 minute wait. I came to shop anyway so I browsed the store. Lots of name brands and clothes in various conditions. Once my clothes were processed I was notified by text as well as by staff. I feel like I received a fairly reasonable offer and amount for the 3 of 4 items that the store purchased.
I found some nice clothing that I ended up purchasing. I had a lot of fun at the store with my sibling! All the staff was super friendly and helpful from the fitting room to check-out and buying and selling clothes and were happy to help and answer any questions. Also, the store and fitting rooms are very nice!
My overall selling and buying experience was pleasant 😊

Read moreI dropped maybe 6-7 items (3 pants and 3-4 shirts/sweaters), off today, and they said it would take up to 30 minutes. They do have an option of dropping off and then do a 2 day pick up as well, if they are super busy and can’t get to your items that day. They texted me 15 minutes later to receive my offer. They wanted to give me $36 for 4-5 items but there was 1 item they did not accept to my surprise. Very good condition, name brand, no stains or flaws. I asked the associate why they wouldn’t accept it, and after she looked at it, happily added it to my offer list. I got $40 for all but 1 item, which seemed very reasonable to me. So it depends on who sorts your items, what they might accept. I’m sure it may depend on seasonal items, or even things they feel they might be overstocked on at that time, however, don’t be afraid to ask or take it back another time when someone else is working. Overall, the associates were very welcoming, professional, and nice:) I will definitely be taking in...
Read moreThey have way overpriced all of their used clothes and shoes.. I had to put back almost everything I wanted because the total came up to be $750....by the time I took all of the things i really wanted because they were all so ridiculously overpriced, i left with around 6-7 items and still paid over $200.... i bought a pair of nikes and they priced them at $89...... for a used pair.... went to plates closet, and got the same amount of stuff, plus got two pairs of nikes which were priced at $18 each and paid a little over $100. I thought thrift stores were supposed to be cheap... this is the first thrift store i have seen with such outlandish prices... I will just be going to my favorite thrift stores, Plato's closet and the D.I. I can find the exact same stuff there and pay the normal price you pay...
