If I could give negative stars I would. I would never suggest eating here ever. The staff was rude and vulgar. They messed up my order when I went through the drive through. I asked for a strawberry icecream and a mango icecream. They said they only had pineapple and mango icecream.I stated I only wanted the mango icecream. They gave me pineapple. I told them I wanted the mango. The manager came over and I informed her I wanted mango. She got very rude with me and stated they had all heard me say pineapple. I told her I had never said I wanted pineapple icecream. She informed me she would go get me a mango. When I got home I called because they had not given me my Oreo churros which my sister was very excited about. I called and spoke to the manager, who stated on the phone that because she had not charged me for a small 1.99 icecream she had decided not to give me the oreo churros which cost 2.49. As a broke college student who was taking her little sister out for a celebratory dinner thats alot of money. The manager when I called was very rude with me and was very sarcastic. I have never had such terrible service. I have never had a restraunt try to charge me for their mistake or purposely not give me an item I ordered because they had messed up the order. I tried calling the number the manager gave me for her boss and got no reply. They are thieves and generally really rude people who should never work in customer service. I hate having to write bad reviews, I work in customer service and in all my life I have never had to write a bad review. I wish I didn't have to today but no person who works in a service industry should ever talk to a paying customer the way she talked to me when I was simply trying to correct...
Read moreWent to taco time today with the intentions of getting my kids food and a bag of there ice since its the small pebble ice . We parked in there parking lot ran over to another shop to grab a sandwich and then proceeded to go to taco time to get my kids food and ice. They had our car booted within 5 min. The store had lost power and was closed. So we where unable to purchase anything (not our fault) we tried to speak to the supervisor who responded by cussing us out saying we did not go there first. THE SIGN SAYS CUSTOMER PARKING. we where going to be a customer and was out of the car for only about 5 min. We waited for the store to reopen and gain power. Still was going to be a customer since my kids really wanted taco time. And she still proceeded to be NASTY and mean cussing at us still. We tried to get the owner and or corporates number and she was still very rude and refused. We will never be going back to taco time if this is how to treat customers. Not only did this happen to us but also a older couple at the same time. PS. Since when is it okay for booty shorts to be appropriate...
Read moreI find that where there are employees standing around and visiting then there is not a lot of follow through and important items of the order are left out. Which was what has happened a couple of times at this store. More focus is being put toward the conversation than quality service. The frustrating thing is that I always go through the drive through and I do not realize that I did not get the important components such as ranch dressing which is part of the stuffed mexi fry. It is not like you want to get in your car and drive back. So the meal becomes a disappointment. Not a big deal? No, not really. But if you had offered me stuffed mexi fries without ranch I would have declined. Quality service encompasses the greeting at the beginning of the order all the way through to opening the bag when you get to work or home. Its not just "fast food". It is the owners lively hood. I love Taco Time. I love the quality service in Brigham City and...
