HomeGoods — Local services in Logan

I go to a lot of HomeGoods and TJ Maxx stores. This one is my favorite. It has recently taken a leap forward in zoning (cleaning and organizing displays) and the presentation of its merchandise. It is obvious that somebody there likes to organize and keep things well displayed. I can easily find the things that interest me, grouped together and displayed without just being shoved onto shelves in a jumble. It's nice not to feel like I have to dig through unrelated products to find what I'm looking for. Good job keeping things clean and using creativity in your work!

I see reviews here complaining about the sales pitch to get their credit card. Yes, they ask about their credit card (a TJ Maxx thing) wherever you checkout. That is no doubt required by their corporate heads and not a choice made by the local employees. If you don't want the card, just politely say no. I've never found the check-out to be pushy...

Found couple white file cabinets, unfortunately both were scratched. Approached employees to see if they have un-scratched ones, or if those can be discounted. They said those are the only two they have, and they came like this, since Homegoods’ prices are already cheap, these scratches are not a big deal, no discount will be given. What? Good value in the store so scratched products are expected?! So employees can carelessly handle products, if products on the floor get some scratches it is not a big deal? I don’t believe this is Homegoods’ value, but I think this particular new store needs some serious management and...

If I could give this a half star rating I would. I usually love shopping at Home Goods, but not anymore. Today the cashier was extremely unprofessional and rude. She was pushy about enrolling in their credit card scam and kept making me feel incompetent in my decision making skills. After she took my payment she “forgot” to give me my items and proceeded to say snarky comments after I asked for my items. She finally gave me my purchased items and started swearing at me. all because i didn’t sign up for the card. Extremely unprofessional and I am not...
