One morning, I stumbled into Einstein Brothers Bagels, craving something new but with just the right kick. Glancing at the menu, my eyes locked on something unexpected—a green chile bagel with veggie spread. Could this humble bagel be the spicy delight my morning needed? I had to find out.
As I bit into the freshly toasted bagel, the heat from the roasted green chiles hit first, but it wasn't overpowering. It was that perfect warm burn that sneaks up on you, mixing beautifully with the earthy, savory notes of the bagel dough. Then came the veggie spread, cool and creamy, like a culinary fire extinguisher. The fresh bits of cucumber, tomato, and onion in the spread mellowed out the heat, creating a flavor combination that was nothing short of addictive.
It wasn’t just breakfast; it was an adventure. Every bite was a tug-of-war between spicy and soothing, and neither side won. It was the kind of meal that wakes up your taste buds and leaves you planning when you can get your next fix. Einstein Brothers had nailed the balance between bold and fresh—a bagel worth...

I went and stood by it, but no one came by to help me or ask what I needed for a while, but they were busy (6 of them working on making everyone’s bagels and drinks).
I understand that, but it got awkward after two employees put food in the counter for other people and ignored me. I guess they needed to get back to their work but I just wanted to get out of there with my food, which was already sitting on the counter!
Eventually someone looked at me and greeted my by raising her eyebrow (???). I told her my name and she handed me my bag.
AND I had a cinnamon bagel as part of my order, but it had some garlic or onion smear in it. Or something off.
Anyway, decent bagels (except one of them) and it’s clear the workers aren’t being paid enough to feel like their job...
Read moreI can't count how many times they've got my order wrong, specifically the pick up order. This place has potential but they are too understaffed and their new employees are kinda rude, I was waiting 10 minutes for a pick up order and one of the employees told me "it's the next order" as I was about to ask her something, as if to brush me off, and then proceeded to screw up my order. Are you serious? People have places to be man. And every single time I have ordered pick up they never toast or butter it even though I asked that on the phone.. Like how hard is that? xD I understand they are busy but when there is a pick up order and they haven't even started it when you get there how do except to have regular customers. This place used to be ran better but lately their employees don't seem to know what...
