Clinic is inflexible and arrogant. I made a mistake and thought my appointment was 15 minutes later than it actually was. I arrived on time for when I thought the appointment was. I explained myself, said I was in pain, and had waited 3 weeks for this appointment. I also pre-checked in on line. Dr. Mina refused to see me and said I had to reschedule. First appointment in two weeks. It was a simple mistake and I have been in pain. Over the course of my adulthood I cannot even guess how many hours I have waited for doctors, only to hear an insincere “sorry.” Kindness and consideration would have been nice. I do not recommend anyone have surgery done by Dr. Hogan. He behaved very rudely at our first appointment simply because I was unable to answer my phone when he tried to follow up after he was late to a previously scheduled virtual appointment. He also questioned my ability to recover from surgery because I live with my two children. He had no clue that my oldest child is 19 years old and is in college. He seems to be a person who is very judgmental and makes no effort to try and gather information before he makes decisions...

Dr Hogan was running behind and felt bad since we came early he was worth the wait.
