Disappointed with my recent experience at Rockies Indian Grocery Store. I asked the staff for the price of a 5-litre oil can, and instead of simply telling me, the salesman told me to bring it to the counter. First of all, the price wasn’t even mentioned on the shelf — which is frustrating and inconvenient. On top of that, the staff were quite rude and dismissive. Basic customer service and clear pricing should not be too much to expect. Definitely not going back unless...

Great place to pick up essentials like spices, rice, dal-etc. But also an excellent selection of ready-to-eat foods, snacks and drinks. Kalyan was working when I went and was very helpful in answering questions and provided great recommendations. With the selection of fresh produce, frozen and dry goods, you can pick up all you need in one spot. Only thing I did not find is tooth-powder. (Plenty of other healthcare options to choose...

I believe there are new owners (as of a few months ago). And, it shows. Stuff is much more organized and not piled on the floor like before! Staff was completely helpful to me, (I am clearly not of Indian descent) find options to make idly, dosa, sambar, etc. I grew up in NJ near lots of Southern Indian families so these foods are familiar and not always easy to find in Colorado. Lots of vegetarian options....
