Bought a dress and shoes to be a bridesmaid in my brother’s wedding, but the dress wasn’t the right fit or color when it arrived and I didn’t care for how it looked on me. The shoes were too small. No time to exchange online, so I had to buy a dress and shoes from another local store. After wedding festivities and craziness settled down, I went to return the dress and shoes. I knew they had a 14 day return policy. Well, it had been 14 days so I messaged customer service. Shop owner was out of town so they said they would email her for approval and get back to me.
