Longmont Meals On Wheels provided 5 daily meals at no charge when my husband was released from rehab. He was at UCHEALTH Longmont for 4 weeks, then was transferred to UCHEALTH Broomfield for 2 weeks, then was transferred to Aviva rehab in Aurora for 2 weeks. Upon returning home, those 5 free meals gave me a little bit of a break after the back and forth driving, and sitting in the hospital for hours, and more than once a day while he was in Longmont. He liked those meals so much he decided he wanted to continue delivery! It also gives him a variety of meals, something different, like he was getting used to at Aviva rehab in Aurora.
