If I could give these people 0 I would. They are the rudest snobbiest most ridiculous employees to deal with if you have Intoxaloc and go there. I highly recommend going to a white Oak energy instead. They are lazy the entire reason we quit going there was because when Intoxalock tells you something and that you do not have to pay duplicate and can go into them. Repeatedly they are too lazy to do their job and call Intoxalock (white oak will and have twice when we have been there just like a company that accepts to do that service is suppose to call for the customer NOT HAVE THE CUSTOMER CALL AND HOLD ) Plus, while there they tried to tell us to take our hone unit to a waiting room when clearly no one was there and he said he was busy so we had to wait for another employee, who was already helping people, we had to wait with Intoxalock on the phone with us making both them and us wait since he was busy. The funny thing is he was on the computer and we could see he wasn’t doing anything pertaining to work on it. Again, we were correct Intoxalock told them that again, which had they looked at our account notes the PO number they needed was on the account. Then since our cell phone could not be put in speaker the employee held it way away from his ear (which he could have used an alcohol wipe if he was that worried even though mybphone was clearly clean ). If they have such a negative option of people coming in there with these devices they shouldn’t accept to offer that service. Plus not everyone that has these devices has been arrested for driving while intoxicated. Our situations is not an alcohol related charge this was only an extra stipulation for probation. I let this go two other times but will not keep quiet. I plan to write their owner or cooperate office as well as tel ANYONE who asks how they treat people. Read moreJust a few days ago I had the pleasure of visiting Big Daddy's Stereo with the intention of giving a little love to my vehicle. Having very clear the prices so out of control with which we have today, in short my plans are to invest no more than some 4/$5000, so I asked the employee if he could give me options to replace the sterio and voices in my vehicle but this is where all my surprise begins to hear how this employee told me that he was simply not the right person to do my job if it was not the one he recommended which was for a total of over $ 9000, practically what I could understand is that his knowledge in terms of music, sound and electronics is very valuable to take care of something for less cost / Waaooo! I was thinking of investing about $ 2/3000 with all this but in reality, It won't be with Big Daddy's Stereo, I think they should work a lot more in customer service and my God forgive me but I think a sale of between $ 2/3000 It is good any day of the year this without counting that this is just the beginning of a project that includes much more "rims & tires, L.E.D.Lights, upholstery etc.,etc)In short, I think they should have someone who can supply the public with options a little more economical than $ 9000 and that still the client can enjoy a sound and even more a quality service.Well, not all of us have that amount to just put music on a vehicle, that's where you can really project your Knowledge and professionalism, in other words spending a lot of course that some kind of result is expected, but when you do a lot with Little it is where you actually show that you are the best and how much experience do you really have?, having time working on something does not mean that you are good at what you do or that your experience has been positive. Read moreI’m done doing business with these people. Worse customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time. I called to get an estimate on putting a stereo and camera installed and they guy assumed it was a truck somehow and told me I needed to come in. I told him it was a car and told him the model but apparently I still needed to come in. I go up there and the guy never came out to look at the car. That is my first problem. He could have gave me the estimate over phone if he wasn’t gonna look at the car. The guy had a condescending rude attitude right off the bat when asking for the estimate when I arrived. The Hispanic guy didn’t want to tell me what parts I needed and I had to drag it out of him. He assumed it was because I wanted to bring my own parts and he didn’t want to have the wrong parts. I always ask what parts are needed so that I know what I’m paying for and how much is the labor and parts itemized. I’m an engineer and project manager so I always do my due diligence. I don’t know if he thought I was an idiot black guy or what but he was extremely condescending and unprofessional. I was told before they were racist many years ago but I gave them a shot and let them my tent earlier this year and so I came back to them for the stereo estimate. I called back later to voice my complaint to the manager or owner and this guy was rude as well. In addition, the manager or owner accused me of cursing when I simply asked “did the guy have a bad day or what?”. He said I said “damn” when I didn’t. I got a lackluster apology. Horrible people! I will never give them my business again nor will I recommend them to anyone. They quoted me $480 and I ended up getting a much better quote later from another shop that was half the price.
