The customer service at this store is amazing! I just love the daughter of the owner, she was so helpful to me in finding me wigs I coud afford and take care of that looked nice and felt comfortable too. I've been dealing with hair loss for about a year now and it's so frustrating in trying g to get it to grow back. I've tried wigs on line, but they don't fit right and are very hot to wear. I'm so happy I finally got the nerve up to go in and try some on. I'm going g back to get another one for my sons wedding next month. Highly recommend this place. I don't agree that the owner is rude, she is just an elderly women who I don't think speaks or understands English as well as her daughter and is more comfortable in the repairing , making and cutting etc of the wigs than the customer service aspect of the business. Both mother and daughter are amazing and sweet. On top of that they really know the business. They have a great selection and can order if you can’t find exactly what you need. When I was going through chemo I found them and it was a miracle for me. In just a few minutes they found a wig for me that looked almost exactly like the hair I lost. I can’t even explain how much that meant to me. And the mother gave me so much hope for my future and ask my name so that she could pray in my name. As someone who suffers from female pattern hair loss, I felt the time had come to invest in a wig or hair topper.
