We couldn’t have asked for a better experience working with Valley Boutique Builders. My family & I decided to build a 600 sq ft addition to our existing home. When we initially started talking to construction companies we noticed that most of them were just looking to assist us with the construction part, though we didn’t have a specific plan yet. We then reached out to Valley Boutique Builders. We did our own homework & liked that valley boutique provided everything we needed. We first sat down with Roi, where we discussed our vision & even came up with new ideas for our original project. He explained the process & gave us peace of mind by letting us know an range of the overall cost of the project. Once we gave Roi the green light - that we wanted to move forward everything else was a breeze. We got our plans created & approved by the city, along with our permits. As for the construction part, they have extremely high attention to detail. Everything they did looked perfect. One thing that I really liked from the beginning was that they did not cut any corners. They are very professional & did not leave until the work was 100% done. Of course there were some changes along the way but we were always given a heads up with any additional work that needed to be done along with any additional costs.
