Helped us with fabric, colors, types of coverings, hardware for curtains. For the skylights they helped us figure out the best and most economical way to meet our needs. Scheduling with their designer was easy. When the cost was way more than we hoped they worked with us to figure out and make the right tradeoffs. When it came time to install their installers were incredibly professional and able to work through most problems. We had one shade that did not work correctly - they quickly got it re-ordered and installed. And most importantly after the sale was over, years later in one case, when we had a problem, they were immediately out to figure out the repair required and then made it for us. The quote was better than some others including a quote from a Costco vendor, but the shades were Hunter Douglas so they are pricey. Setting up an appointment after Rebarts received the shades was easy and installation was seam less. One of the shades has a mechanical issue and the installation person did let us know and said he will order the part to replace once they receive it.
