BUYER BEWARE!!! I purchased a bouquet of 24 tulips online to be delivered on Mother’s Day, and gave plenty of time to do so, so this wasn’t a last minute thing or an after thought by any means. On the day of delivery I received an email the delivery was made but guess what?!?!? THEY WERE NEVER DELIVERED. I called the customer contact number found on the website and apparently they out source their center to the Philippines. Which made it difficult because they had no answers and was no help whatsoever. I gave them my order # as requested to look up my info but they couldn’t find it! So I gave my name. phone #, my address, zip code, my email (all info they request online when purchasing) Still they couldn’t find my order! Really?!? BUT THEY CAN CHARGE ME! Mama bear is fuming now!! Come to find out they tried delivering it the following day and the bouquet only had 12 tulips!! And the quality was suspect. Total ripoff!! I had them send it back and called my credit card company to reverse the charge. SHADY AND IRRESPONSIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES. Because apparently from their reviews I’m not the only one. Read moreI made the mistake of ordering flowers for Valentine's Day apparently. Conroy's doesn't hire enough drivers so they are hours late on their delivery. An extremely rude lady told me that the flowers I ordered left the shop at 10am. Six hours later they were not delivered. She also divulged that she had received hundreds of calls today and there were a bunch more complaining about their delivery times. The fact that you clearly cannot keep up with your orders shows that your management is pretty embarrassing and you shouldn't take that many on. You're clearly skimping out on the costs for drivers. They wouldn't give me an ETA, and then she hung up on me.

Read more30-45 dollars for multi colored roses and these tiny withered flowers showed up at my door. I was furious, what a waste of money. I know I didn’t place an order at a Beverly Hills flower Boutique but I surely was expecting a dozen roses to show up looking better than the 12.00 dozen I can buy from the local grocery store.
To put the icing on the cake when I called to complain about the quality of roses I received the customer service person told me what I received was fresh full and acceptable. She was also rude and confrontational. After asking for a supervisor she told me the supervisor was busy “managing” then she said she wasn’t there at all.
After spending my hard earned money on something to brighten my week I am disappointed at the quality and the customer service....
