7-Eleven — Local services in Los Angeles

The 711 is exceptionally bad. The manager let me have the food that I prepared because he had not let me know that the debit system was down another employee proceeded to jot down the amount for the food, even though the manager who was standing right there said I could have it because of the discrepancy and inconvenience he held that against me and in the upcoming days was rejecting my debit card manually from the system so that I have problems paying for my food and got real nasty when I confronted them about it then being an African-American, I noticed that the Hispanic staff started to deny services And tried to tell me that I couldn’t come there anymore. After all the hotdogs were gone they didn’t want it put any in the oven for me when they were doing it the whole time they didn’t wanna give me a plastic bag or anything, and the manager never reached out to me, but instead try to pass down orders not to let me in anymore or pay. I even worked it out and apologize for getting upset that day which I was very upset and that’s when they started denying me products and utensils and proper carrying items like plastic bags. I’m gonna go there tonight and attempt to purchasehotdogs again just to see if they deny me again and I will post again if their services are bad or the same.My wife is Hispanic and my kids are biracial. I have no reason to be prejudice or hold anything against anyone. They took it out on me because that employee got discipline. And 711 customer service sucks as well because just when I get into work at 11 o’clock is when they stop taking calls or complaints how convenient for them and the craziest things happen with employees and...

I'm sorry to say this is one of the worst 7-Elevens I have ever been in No matter what time you go there is no coffee no cups Employees are always on their phones watching videos or talking to somebody on the phone doing video chats and ignoring the customers no matter what time of the day you go in there or night a complete joke and overpriced A can of being a sausages at any store is 59 to 60 cents your store is almost $4 for a very small can come on that's price gouging they should shut you guys down for price gouging it's disgusting...

Horrible workers, I came in with 2 drinks clearly in front of them, I bought the drinks from the 711 at Santa Monica literally 0.2 miles from the one at Bundy, the one I went to which I witnessed and just experienced horrible service. I bought a 5 for $4 tacitos and was charged $8.50 for something it clearly is advertised in front of the store and my girlfriend and I began to wonder why they charged us for the drinks when we clearly told them we bought them from the other 711 and they saw us have it right as we walked in and never went to the soda machine to serve ourselves a cup at all, we stood at the cashier to request the tacos but like I said, we got ripped off, we were charged more for the 5 tacos we bought.
