Back in December a dress was ordered paid half of the dress so that it could be ordered right away I was told the dress should be arriving one month before the event date which is in two weeks I’ve been calling since July just to see where things are at with the dress most of the time I got no answers finally I get someone on the phone and says I will look into it and call you back no call back try calling again and again takes about a week to finally talk to someone same thing and I’m like okay they’re just busy fast forward to August now I’m like okay I’m not getting answers let me go in person I go in person same thing we will call you with information we have to reach out to the company ….today finally I’m told the dress will be arriving sometime in October I said what do you mean the event date on My receipt says September so how are you telling me this and to top it off that I can’t get a refund? And That the issue is solved and the dress will be here in October? I got no I’m sorry I understand it’s a problem nothing like that all I got was well you should of gave us a different date for your event so it could of been here a month or two before so pretty much I was to blame here and no refund and you can’t talk to a manager or the owner pretty much this is all we can do tell you it’ll be here after ur event and you can set up an appointment to try on the dress then …. Read moreLOL!!!! The recent reviews on here suspiciously sound like they’re from one person. I mean they are hours or a day or two aways from each other. Yes I’m sure there have been issues but not as many as these recent reviews! Whoever is trying to burn these people because of YOUR experience is sad…. I was there when you were in that store yelling at everyone!!!! Maybe get a legal advice, and move on.
In my situation, I had a great experience. I ordered my dress In February, and asked for it at the end of August. It was ready the first week of September. They worked with me on payments, and extra things that I asked for, and if I wanted anything changed, they went ahead and helped me out, making SURE I was happy with what I was paying for. Their prices are reasonable. I got a very popular dress that’s down the street (corner) which is $1,000 MORE!!! So, I’m sure they’re able to help anyone else out just as great. Make sure you pay them what’s on contract, and just keep those receipts (as you would do WHEN purchasing anything important, especially if it’s in payments.) take pictures of their notes and the contract and you should be fine. I would suggest checking in as often as possible making sure about the process. (I do this in any store,, for my records) anyhow, every time I walked in this store they were attentive, not rude. I was there plenty of times. You can’t turn away over a very angry person’s experience. (The bad reviews are so close in time, that you can tell it’s from one person with just fake names!!!!)
