The +: The facility is cute, comfortable and seems very clean. It’s a great location.

The -: The music- playlist with the “n- word”- so offensive. I had to ask them to switch to something else. I am middle-aged and asked for a natural look. (Meaning I didn’t want them long enough to touch my brows!) And almost $200 later.. I walked out with ridiculously long lashes. not what I asked for.

5 days later: after following care protocols, all but FOUR lash extensions on 1 side had fallen off. I reached out to the girl who applied them. I expected her to say, “come in and let me fix them.” Her response was it was my fault for wanting natural-looking lashes or that I slept on that side etc. No responsibility taken. There are probably shops that are more customer oriented...
