EDIT: while I maintain that their front office or whoever handles their email is incredibly rude and unprofessional, their delivery team is awesome. Very efficient, easy to schedule with, and kind. If you can get past that first point of contact you will have a great experience. I don’t think in good conscience I can fully delete the review because i believe customers deserve to see how their main email communicator will speak to you.
Original: I took a full day off work only for an oven that wouldn’t even fit through my door to be delivered. I spoke to someone on the phone that same day and said the following Monday the earliest I could be home from work was 2pm and he said “perfect I have you down after 2pm on Monday” so imagine my surprise when 11am on Monday rolls around and I’m leading a work meeting, and my phone is blowing up. After that, I requested that all delivery plans be via email in writing. Now no one will answer my emails at all. Im not sure how you run a business without responding to your emails.
Edit: this is the kind of email you will get if you leave a one star review due to poor communication. Even though that one star review is the only thing that got them to email you back in the first place. Deeply unprofessional company. However I did tell them I would update this review once my oven is delivered so enjoy this review...
