I come here often and thought itâs time for a review. I canât walk anywhere in this store without 20 different employees asking me if I need help. Itâs a dog eat dog world in there, everyone trying to get you to make their commission. The salesmen who I ended up asking one question to was very pushy and would not give us space. Itâs gets really over bearing. I recently shopped for a sports jacket with my husband and itâs by far the worst experience Iâve had in a department store. Given the price tag ($2k+) youâd think theyâd be on top of it. All the way from the salesman to the manager who assisted, everything was very dysfunctional. WiFi is shotty and so it took an hour to check out. Also because they didnât have the size needed, they ordered it from a different store. We needed the jacket the following week, so they promised to text as soon as it came in. Didnât get any text/call/email like they promised. Went back a week later and the manager didnât care at all, no apology that we werenât notified of the delivery days earlier. Overall, just an unprofessional experience for a high end department store. Will not be shopping in the menâs department again. Giving one star for the pair of womenâs shoes that I found and love.    Read moreThis is a review specifically for the Sandro Boutique general manager inside Bloomingdales, horrible customer service⌠I walked into the store with a t shirt from sandro i was returning and i was escorted to speak to a manager, i explained to him that i had purchase the t shirt and how its threads became loose and undone in the armpit area of the t shirt. Keep in mind it was well within the 30 day return period, i was told âI canât accept this because itâs been wornâ i explained it was only worn once and its already coming undone and i asked if there is anyone higher up i could speak with and he rudely said to me âyou can wait for the general manager but heâs gonna tell you the exact same thingâ so i waited for the general manager and he also told me he couldnât accept the return. He spoke to me as if i was burdening him and taking money from his paycheck by asking for this return. I later went to another bloomingdales at The Beverly Center and they offered many options such as a return with full refund, a free repair, or an exchange. No question asked. I asked for a return and a full refund back as i lost interest in that specific brand and they gave me a 25% off coupon for my next purchase! The first time came here, I bought Estee Lauder, it had great deals, and the lady was amiable. The second time, I came to look for sunglasses. The lady was super patient and assisted me with great energy. She helped me to open the Loyal membership and gave me great advice. They also have great offers/sales for sunglasses, and I got Miu Miu. The third time, I came back for the Maison Francis Kurkjian perfumes. Ruben was friendly and informative. He mentioned they offer a free customize on the bottle with customers' names and only at this location on the West Coast: a unique experience and high value. So I said yes, and they even gave me free samples.
All the staff here always remind me to get free validation on the 3rd/4th floor for my parking for up to 2 hours. They're sincere and caring!
