Yesterday I went to this place to receive a masage from my favorite masseuse and when I arrived I was attended by the receptionist and I asked her if my masseuse was available and she checked the appointment book and said my masseuse if she was available, then I paid an hour of massage 💆‍♀️, she took me to the room and about 2 minutes after she was taking off my clothes, the receptionist enters my room without knocking on the door to tell me that my masseuse had an appointment at that time, to which I told her that Minutes before, she had told me that my masseuse is available and she told me to wait 5 minutes in case the person did not arrive at the appointment, to which I get angry and DO NOT ACCEPTE, I totally got ready and go to the reception to get my money back and the receptionist did not want to return the money and I asked her why she had lied to me telling me that my masseuse was available and then she already had an appointment before and she answered me that there were more masseuses available, which I did not accept. I totally got the money back and 😡 started speaking in his Chinese language with a colleague, clearly referring to me. Damn receptionist, NEVER RETURN TO...

It was my first time coming here and I seen a comment about Leah really doing a good job and honestly that is 100% true I was lucky enough to just walk in and Leah happen to help me out she did an amazing job I told her specifically on my upper shoulder where I felt a lot tension she did amazing and super professional I felt super relaxed afterwards and I will definitely be coming back soon Thank you so much !!
