I ordered items for online pickup, because COVID. Anyway, they charged my card for the purchase but then cancelled my order. No refund has been issued. No one has called or emailed. I still have yet to be able to get anyone on the phone regarding this issue, even though I called during “store hours”. I’ve just been sent a random text saying my order was cancelled. amazing experience! I ordered online for a last minute Bday fit & it was ready first thing in the morning. I wrote in the notes that was it my birthday & they gifted me a pretty bracelet which made me super happy. The bags they carry are nice, made of paper, I love small details. The guy at the counter was very sweet + patient because I did return one of my items due to my own indecisiveness.
