Sadly after 14 years with Dr. Steinberg for my daughters care, I'm changing doctor and that's because if the lazy and rude staff, been calling for appointments when I explained my daughters are having cough, pain or even PINK EYE and they always offer Apts 1 or even 2 weeks after so for real this people never needs to go to the primary doctor?? One time the school call me to pick up my daughter because she hadpain in her back and I took her to the doctor was around 9:30 am, so I was explaining to the front office person and she cut me out saying that I need to take her to the urgent care because was not aot available and they don't see walk-in patients??? For real? I just call on Tuesday because my other daughter has cough sinus problems and I even explained that she is taking clarity and using albuterol also she had pink eye they trying to give me appointment until next week I'm what? She need to be seen before im.not asking for same day but at least less than 1 week, well no. Again the doctors and PA are amazing but the front desk is a lazy, rude and incompetent they really need costumer...

The one star rate is not for the Dr but for his staff. The Dr is great, however not his staff. Especially Anna the person in charge of referrals. She does not take care of business and does her job. You can never get a hold of her and her voicemail is always full. When asked to speak to her they place you on hold until you finally give up and hang up. If you have a fracture and are in need of a referral for a cast or an MRI avoid this facility by all means. Once again the Dr is great but his staff is a big problem and will cause him to...

Dr. David steinburg is an awesome doctor if you can get past the ridiculous office and staff he has. Very rude and unethical as previously stated. I would still be a patient there if it wasn't for all the other irritating stuff you have to put up with.
