On 3/9/2020 about 7pm my husband and daughter and I went to the subway in the Chesterfield square, we walked in ahead of a gentleman and his young son, there were two workers a male and female both African American. The female was mopping and yelled out, “ we don’t have any bread for 10-15 minutes. We noticed upon entering that there was a homeless lady with a lot of bags sitting down eating, which was ok at first. We left out went to another store and returned about 10 minutes later. We returned and three more people walked in behind us, only for this worker to say they didn’t have any bread for another 10-15 minutes. I say well we’ve been gone for 10, shouldn’t it just be about a five minute wait? This female worker didn’t respond so we were going to wait in the seating area only to notice the homeless lady had stretched out with her shoes off and sleeping. This was unacceptable in a food establishment and very unsanitary and the workers never said anything to her. From Eric shouting over the food trying to explain to me how subways run, To Jerry with his unenthusiastic movements which also resulted in him not listening and continuing to make not one but two sandwiches incorrectly.

Read moreI went to the Subway in the Chesterfield Square on Saturday 6/22/19 @ 4:40 pm and there was a customer in there with a dog that was walking around unleashed and it was not a service dog. There were people in there Estonians the dog was walking around sniffing at people. I asked one of the employees how do you let a person bring a dog in the restaurant and she told me there was no sign on the door saying " No Dogs " so it was ok. IT IS NOT OK and who doesn't know that. Subway should train there people a lot better. I wonder if that would happen if the Subway was on the west side say for instance...
