I bought two rings with stones and had to order one online because they didn’t have my size in the store for a specific stone. The online order ring had a stone that was much smaller than the in-store ring. Instead of complaining, I let it go. I recently purchased a bracelet for my friend's birthday, and when I realized the size was off, I was able to make an exchange easily and even ship it directly to my friend's house for free. My friends and I went into Gjenmi just for fun and ended up leaving such big fans of the store and creator. The shop/showroom is gorgeous and calm. They had a wide variety on display for us to shop. I ended up choosing a charm to add onto the necklace I was already wearing and the sales associate added a jumpring and attached it for me immediately. Erlen was so nice and welcoming. I’ll definitely shop here...
