This was my very first time walking out on a service. I had an appointment scheduled at 1PM which is a time they booked for me. No one talked to me after they acknowledged I arrived for the first 15mins. Once the assistant came to talk to me they asked about the style I was going for as if nothing was wrong. I’m not an impatient person I have waited much longer for services but they usually attend me right away and explain the situation and let me know it will take longer. The assistant said ‘5 more mins sorry’ after I asked how longer would it take since they were not mentioning it first. I left after 10more minutes as I noticed the stylist would have needed more time. I try my best to keep the appointment time as I know it can result to overlapping for other customers.
