11/8/2021 - Here’s the latest on these guys, they just started charging $30 per person on your lease for coffee and tea, regardless if you want it or not. They just charge you, without asking, without opting in. They make you to opt out. I wish someone would start a class-action against them for unfair business practices.

Don't rent from these guys, they will nickel and dime you and charge for everything, even things they do not do. I got charged a cleaning fee for an office that was handed over to me in terrible condition. They refused to waive the cleaning fee even though the office was handed over without being cleaned. Beware Of this office space. It looks nice inside but is a professional nightmare. Basically charged my account incorrectly about 4 times, had me go through hoops to get my refunds. I didn’t want to renew (because they attempted to double the rent after the first promotional year) so I sent requested, on time, to terminate lease with no auto-renewal. Office acknowledged my request, confirmed the termination, and they renewed it anyway and charge my account yet again for $1200+. I would have never caught it if it wasn’t for my assistant being on top of them. Then I have to waste time initiating a refund for a charge that never should have happen. Avoid this place at all costs! They will do whatever they can to lock you into their agreement. They will renew the agreement without your consent then send you a screenshot of their policy you were never aware of. Customer service? Non-existence. I have filed a complaint with FTC and BBB and already began working with BBB and submitting more evidence.
