Worst Customer Service I Have Experince At Home Mart Furniture.

Wasted Time & Gas Taking A Trip Downtown. I Called To See If They Had A Certain Item In Stock. He Asked For The Stock Number & Said Yes He Had The Chair. Drove All The Way Downtown 1 Hour Later For Him To Tell Me He Only Had The Item I asked For In White. I Suggested To Him That They Need To Update Their Website & Inventory With The Correct Stock Number. Sitting In My Van As I’m Writting This Review, He Comes Outside To Argue With Me Trying To Prove He Was Right. When I Asked Him ashy Did He Come Outside To Argue With Me & He Said, To Take My Apogoly Back. Lol What A Waste Of A Human Being.

Make Sure You Email Him The Exact Picture Of What You Want Or You swill Waste A Day...

The craftsmanship’s is to die for✨ it’s so light for such furniture The customer service was outstanding they are nice and quick They also work so hard they moved my couch to the truck and wrap it all up and tied it all down to keep it safe. there is nothing I could even ask for them to do differently I want...
