Don’t recommend the blanket store inside this mall called Elegance Paris. My mom asked for a 100% cotton blanket and the associate sold her this set pictured for about $200 saying it was 100% cotton, premium quality, etc. When I opened up the set at home after my mom brought it home the tag on the blanket clearly said polyester fill which she didn’t inform my mom of. When I went back to return or exchange she said they cannot even though she misinformed my mom. She didn’t even know what she sold my mom because she had to take her phone out to look at the tag on the blanket to see that it indeed said polyester and corn fill. Then when I told her she should inform people looking for 100% cotton anything of the polyester/corn fill as she is misrepresenting what she is selling she said “You don’t need to tell me how to do my job.” Then when I asked her for her supervisor or manager’s contact info she told me she didn’t have it and there was no way to contact anyone else even though she was not the owner. And no one can call anyone to complain about the products because it just doesn’t work that way and they don’t care about “trivial” matters like this. Quality is trash. Didn’t even use and already looks used with the peach fuzz everywhere. Don’t believe when they say it’s premium bedding. Read more때때로 라디오에서 홈쇼핑 월드 사장님의 상품 소개를 들으며 목소리와 말재간이 남다르구나 하면서 재밌게 들었다 그런데 놀랍게도 홈쇼핑 월드 샵에서 벌어지고 있는 손님에 대한 태도 그리고 서비스는 정말 신선한 충격을 주고있다 저번에 어떤 품절 위기의 샴푸를 구입하여 사용하다가 아내의 머리카락이 너무 많아 빠져 (다른 사람들은 탈모의 문제가 없음) 더 이상 사용할 수가 없어 한꺼번에 여러병을 구입하여 모두 사용할 수가 없게 되었다. 이후 아직도 3병이 남아 있어 안절부절하면서 매장에 전화를 하여 자초지종을 설명했다 그랬더니 종업원 언니는 refund 뿐만 아니라 왜 탈모가 생겼을까? 하면서 이유에 대해 모두 다 듣고 물론 원안은 찾지 못했지만 상냥하게 도와주면서 영수증을 잃어버린 터라 걱정했지만 가지고 오면 다른 것으로 교환해 주겠다고 성의껏 도와주었다 사장님을 비롯한 모든 직원들의 손님에 대한 태도가 너무 훌륭했습니다 그리고 전자파 차단 전기 장판을 구입하여 사용하다가 온도 조절 컨트롤이 고장이나 전화를 했더니 마찬가지로 구입 때와 마찬가지로 상냥하게 잘 도와주어 오늘 새것으로 바꾸어 집으로 돌아오는데 발걸음이 가벼워 기분이 좋았다 물론 다른 업소들도 나름 잘들하고 계시지만 더군다나 코스코나 월마트 규모도 아닌데 손님 케어 그리고 refund, 교환 등등 이렇게 친절하고 믿음이 가는 업소가 있나니 정말 respect 가 가는 홈쇼핑 월드다 . 그래서 간혹 홈쇼핑 월드 사장님께서 라디오에 나와 상품 소개를 하면 나도 모르게 마음속으로 “정말 신뢰할 수 있고 멋진 사장님 Five Star” 홈쇼핑 월드라고 혼자 독백을 한답니다. K Town 에 이런 본이 되고 믿음이 가는 업소가 있다는 것이 정말 자랑스럽습니다

While she was doing it, she heard everything about the reason and, of course, did not find the original plan, but kindly helped her and was worried that she had lost her receipt, but she sincerely helped by saying that she would exchange it for something else if she brought it. The attitude of all the staff, including the owner, towards the guests was so great. And when I bought and used an electromagnetic wave blocking electric blanket and the temperature control control broke or I called, he helped me as kindly as I did when I bought it. Of course, other businesses are doing well, but more It's not even the size of Costco or Walmart, but it's a home shopping world that really respects customer care, refunds, exchanges, and so on. Read moreA dear friend of mine reccomended us this store for gift ideas and household necessities. I went with my family and our experience was not great. Throughout the entire store a worker was following us just a few feet away. She had eyes on us the entire time like we were about to steal or break something. We felt extremely uncomfortable but we thought it was protocol since we were the only customers in the store and maybe she was there if we had any questions or concerns- so we shrugged it off. However a few ladies came into the store a few minutes later and not a single worker followed them like they were doing to us. I have no idea if this was racial profiling but it felt like it to us. I was extremely disappointed in the behavior of the store workers- especially in such a diverse city and neighborhood. Please be aware of this issue if you’re a non Asian customer.
