I debated for a while whether to leave a negative review since this is a local small business, but the service I experienced was really disappointing. I’ve been here twice—once for a manicure, and once for nail removal.
Manicure: The process was quick and straightforward, and the final result was what I asked for. However, the experience wasn’t enjoyable. The staff kept commenting on how dry my hands were, yet didn’t take the basic step of soaking them before starting. Instead, they went straight into cutting the dead skin around my nails, which ended up being quite painful—I even bled a little. I’ve had my nails done before and never had such a painful experience. Also, I felt a bit uncomfortable seeing that tipping 18% was required or strongly suggested.
Nail Removal: This was the main reason I decided to leave a review. I’ve never had my nails feel so weak and fragile after a removal. The process was fast, but it clearly damaged my nails. When I was getting them done, the technician mentioned they all had 20+ years of experience and reassured me they’d be gentle—especially since the customer next to me was complaining about rough removals at other salons. Despite that, my nails were in terrible shape for weeks afterward, even with regular use of a nail strengthener. Without it, they felt even more brittle and sad.
They do have a cute golden doodle in the store, and the service is fast and gets the job done. But if you care about your nail health, I’d recommend going elsewhere. If you’re going to boast about your experience and skills, the service should reflect that—not...
Read moreIf you want a phenomenal manicure experience, go to Trésor Nail & Lash! I have been getting manicures from Coco for the past four months and could not be happier. She is officially my new nail lady and should be yours too. 💅🏼✨
Last winter I decided that I wanted to grow a little length on my nails and keep them consistently manicured. I started to go to a local salon for gel manicures without doing my research. Oops. A few months in I had multiple painful nail breaks and the gel removal process had become brutal due to how damaged and thin my nails had gotten. I called a friend who always has immaculately manicured nails and she taught me all the "dos and donts" and pointed me toward Trésor Nail & Lash.
THE HIGHLIGHTS:
The manicures are dry (Google why this is better than soaking) The products used are high quality (Orly FX Builder Gel is a game changer) The technicians always take their time and have great attention to detail The manicures last 4-5 weeks without chipping The variety of nail colors/effects is huge (I personally love chrome, sparkly, iridescent - they have them all) The salon is clean and quiet and there is usually a cute doggie There is a parking lot Booking an appointment is super easy through texting The prices are definitely appropriate for the quality of the services!! I ALWAYS FEEL EMOTIONALLY HELD. Especially that first time when I was a hot, sweaty mess and scared that it was going to hurt. I was embarrassed and Coco was kind. I trust her and that is honestly more important than anything...
Read moreIm only giving 2 stars because the guy was really nice. I got a overlay manicure and pedicure. They pedicure was terrible. I feel like i paid $65 just for a color change. This shop soaks you feet after they paint your nails which ive never heard of. So they paint on top of dead skin, cuticles, they dont remove none of that first. They guy took 50mins just to remove the color and paint. I was watchin the clock. Then he literally dipped my feet in the water just to get them wet, not soaked. He barely scrubbed and hardly got any dead skin from around my cuticles. He didnt even touch my heels i had to ask him to. It was so much dead skin around my cuticles after i showed him and he clipped it off it looked like my nails had grown out for at least a week, he did fill it in with polish but at this point i was sooo unhappy with the service. I requested french tip and was told it was an extra 50$ for both hands and. Ive never in my life paid that much extra for french tip. For those who want a pedicure to maintain softness this place is not for you. If you are looking for someone to just a good paint then this may...
